SHIPPING + DELIVERY POLICY


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are sent via Australia Post or our standard courier at the discretion of Next Chapter Home Management. From time to time, a local courier will be used for orders delivered around the Hornsby area. This is solely at the discretion of Next Chapter Home Management.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be dispatched from our store in Hornsby (NSW) within 3 business days of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. If an item is urgent, please contact us prior to purchasing and we can liaise with you regarding express delivery.

Orders will be securely packaged and a photo taken before the box is sealed. If the any items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately via email hello@nextchapterhome.com.au using your order number as the reference number. Please provide photos of how the items were received and of any damaged item.

Our policy for damaged goods are as follows:

Damaged items will be replaced if stock is still available. If the exact item is no longer available, an alternative will be supplied to you of equal value. Alternatively, a refund can be issued for any damaged item where a replacement is not available only. This is solely at the discretion of Next Chapter Home Management.

We don't want you to miss out and will do all that we possibly can to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. 

*Free standard shipping for orders above $150.00 Australia wide. This policy excludes large and bulky items over 90L in volume. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Shipping charges for all other orders or shipping methods are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the weight of your order and the location of your delivery.

Click + Collect is available at the checkout for collection at our store (266 Peats Ferry Road, Hornsby NSW 2077) during standard opening hours only.
